Suresh Gopi's much different filmi venture 'Laptop' will grace the theatres, today. The movie which presents a unique story is directed by Roopesh Paul, a award winning video filmmaker, who is debuting into cinema.
The movie, as per the latest reports is distributed by the producer himself in the banner Mother Release, as the original distributor Minerva Release were planning to push the release of the movie till Onam.
The movie will open in twenty centers today and will be extended to another 12 more centers from Monday.
Roopesh Paul, a journalist turned filmmaker has also made a shorter English version of the movie, with out songs, for an international release.
Laptop features Suresh Gopi, Shwetha Menon and Padmapriya in prominent roles. The music of the film is by Sreevatsan J Menon, who has created some different tunes for the movie.
